12月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定功率半导体以及包含该功率半导体的移动设备和计算机（Certain Power Semiconductors, and Mobile Devicesand Computers Containing Same，调查编码：337-TA-1308）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2022年11月10日作出的初裁（No.24、25）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对列名被告韩国Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. of Suwon, Republic of Korea、美国Samsung Electronics America, Inc. of Ridgefield Park, NJ、美国Google LLC of Mountain View, CA、中国北京Lenovo Group Ltd. of Beijing, China、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, NC、美国Motorola Mobility LLC of Chicago, IL、美国Microsoft Corporation of Redmond, WA、中国广东OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. of Guangdong, China 深圳市万普拉斯科技有限公司的调查。

2022年3月28日，美国ITC投票决定对特定功率半导体以及包含该功率半导体的移动设备和计算机（Certain Power Semiconductors, and Mobile Devicesand Computers Containing Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1308）。

2022年2月7日，爱尔兰Arigna Technology Limited of Dublin, Ireland向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号7183835），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
